We had a fantastic stay at Residence Cortile Mercè in the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Sicilian summer. Despite being at the entrance of the old town, the room was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect, with the port, bus and train stations all nearby. a wonderful experience at Residence Cortile Mercè.

Great location, close to train and bus stations and the historic old town. The room I stayed in had no window, but there was a door that opened to a large terrace with a table and chairs. The breakfast provided was not bad, with croissants, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt. Despite a few minor issues like a broken fridge and a bathroom that was just adequate, I still had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The host was super cool and gave us the best tips on where to go and what to do. We visited the ancient town of Erice, which was mind-blowing, and Marsala, where we tasted the most delicious wines. The location of the hotel was awesome too, close to the beach and the city center, so we had the best of both worlds. We also loved the stylish rooms and the daily cleaning service.

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife near the hotel. We're young and love to party, so it would have been even more awesome if there were some cool bars or clubs within walking distance.

A beautiful, quirky hotel with so much character and lovely staff.

The bed is a little bit hard and the toilet makes an awful screeching noise after using it but a tap on the top stops the noise!

The hot water didn't last up for a shower and you couldn't pay with credit card, the hotel staff was a little rude and the breakfast was poor
